Below is a list of a few bakeries that cater to special diets. While compiling this list, we tried to find bakeries that clearly expressed their allergen policies, stated their ingredients, and offered some items free of at least one of the top 8 major allergens. Some bakeries specialize in eliminating one or two allergens, while others have kitchens free of gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, and all tree nuts. Make sure to read their allergy policies and ingredients before ordering. A few of these bakeries have storefronts, while others strictly order online. We noticed a few only ships at certain times of the year due to weather conditions.
